摘 要:采用异丙醇铝和氯化铝作铝源,正硅酸乙酯作硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成含有Al-O-Si长链的溶胶,干法纺丝制备莫来石连续纤维。对溶胶及凝胶进行了FT-iR分析和TG-DTA分析,研究了其光谱和热学性质,并对烧结后的纤维做SEM观察、XRD分析、XRF分析等。测试结果表明,在前驱体溶胶中含有Al-O-Si及Si-O-Si等为骨架的长链,具有较好的可纺性和稳定性;所得纤维直径在十几个微米,晶粒比较细小,在100~200hm之间;烧结过程中没有其它晶相出现。Using Al(OC3HT)3 and AlCl3 as the source of Al and TEOS as the source of Si, the sol containing Al-O-Si long chain was synthesized by sol-gel method, and the continuous mullite fibers were prepared by air spinning. The sol and gel were studied by FT-IR and TG-DTA for their infrared spectra and thermotics character, the sintered fibres were observed and analyzed by SEM, XRD and XRF. The results show that the precursor sol has Al-O-Si and Si-O-Si long chains and has preferable spinning ability and stability, the diameter of the obtained fiber is 10-20μm, the size of the mullite crystals is 100-200nm; there are no other crystal grains to be observed in the sintering process except mullite crystals.
