摘　　要：滇重楼作为我国西南地区的道地药材,具有抗肿瘤、止血、免疫调节和镇静镇痛等药用价值。然而,对滇重楼的系统位置,分类学者各持不同意见,而且多年来人们对滇重楼过度地采挖,使各地野生资源遭到不同程度的破坏。本文综述了近年来滇重楼的研究现状,主要包括分类与系统、化学成分和药理活性、繁殖生物学以及遗传多样性等方面的工作;同时,提出了存在的问题和建议。将为今后更深入地开展滇重楼优质种质引种驯化,实现种质资源多样性的合理保护和可持续利用提供参考。Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis is traditionally used as a precious medicine, and has played an important role in traditional medicine development for tumors, bleeding, immunity adjustment, analgesia and so on. However, regarding its systematic position and relationships of and within Paris or other genera, the agreements were at variance in taxonmists. On the other hand, excessively excavated use of this herb year by year have caused tremendous destruction, especially for its wild populations from different distribution places. In the present paper, recent advances in its systematics,chemical constitutes, pharmacological effect, reproductive biology and genetic diversity were summarized, and some problematical issues associated with this important plant were also discussed. The paper would help in finding ways for appropriate exploitation and use of genetic resources, introduction and cultivation of this plant. Future prospects to the sustainable development and conservation of this medicinal wealth was also proposed in this paper.
