摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所服务人员艾滋病相关知识、行为及需求情况,为制定针对该人群的干预策略提供依据。方法选择长春市绿园区等4个城区的20家娱乐场所,对从事商业性性行为的人员进行面对面问卷调查。结果调查的205名服务女性中,艾滋病预防知识的总平均知晓率为67.60%,对“感染艾滋病病毒后外表看上去是否与正常人一样”等5个问题全部回答正确的比例为8.91%;自报最近3个月发生性行为时每次都使用安全套的占61.58%,最近3次至少出现1次破裂或滑脱有21.47%;购买的安全套价格在6元/盒(12只装)以下的占76.14%;被调查者中95.00%希望获得更多的预防艾滋病知识。结论娱乐场所服务女性艾滋病预防意识较低、安全套正确使用率低、安全套质量差、应制定针对其性行为改变的策略,预防性病、艾滋病向一般人群的传播和蔓延。Objective To understand the situation of HIV/AIDS related knowledge, behaviors and demands in commercial sex workers （CSWs） and to provide scientific evidence for developing a proper health education and intervention strategies. Methods A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted among 205 CSWs working in 20 massage parlors in Changchun. Results Among 205 CSWs, whole HIV/AIDS related knowledge correct answer rates were 67.60%, the correct answer rate for 5 items, including ＂Does a H/V cartier looks like a normal person？＂ and so on, was 8.91% ; 61.58% of them report that they using condoms cousistently during the last three months; During the last three sex contacts, the occurring rates of breaching and falling off at least once was 21.47% ; 76.14% of them always buy condoms less than 6 yuan per package （a dozen condoms in it） ; 95.00% people are willing to know more about AIDS. Conclusion According to the results above, there is urgent need to develop a proper strategies to prevent the ongoing epidemic and its spread from high risk population to general population.
