荔枝蒂蛀虫繁殖生物学特性的初步研究

摘　　要：室内实验观察了荔枝蒂蛀虫的羽化日周期、交配日周期、产卵趋向和交配行为等,结果表明:荔枝蒂蛀虫的羽化高峰期和交配高峰期主要集中在晚上20:00-22:00,其中交配以三日龄为最多,其交配时间可持续20-90min,荔枝果实所散发出来的气味对荔枝蒂蛀虫雌虫的产卵有较强的引诱作用,其结果对何时进行雌蛾性信息素的提取等方面具有重要的参考价值。The eclosion time, mating time, ovipositional choice and mating action of Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley were observed in laboratory. The results show that the eclosion and mating peaks take place at 21：00-22：00 o＇clock; most mating adults were three-day-old ones; mating time might last 20-90 rain; the smell from lichees strongly attracted the female to oviposit on them. This research is important for deciding on the time when to distil the female sex pheromone.
