心理护理对老年患者手术焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的了解老年患者围手术期的心理变化,针对性做好手术前后心理护理,使之顺利度过围手术期。方法回顾性分析143例老年患者手术的心理状态,疾病和手术刺激造成的心理影响,针对术前存在的恐惧,焦虑等情绪,做心理疏导,给予支持性心理护理,帮助树立战胜疾病的信心。结果143例老年患者经过围手术期的护理,能够坦然面对疾病及术后诸多不适,顺利康复。结论加强老年患者的围手术期的心理护理,有利于老年患者的康复。Objective To explore the psychological changes in senile patients within peri-operative and corresponding nursing measures, in order to help senile patients get through peri operative smoothly. Methods Psychological state and psychological changes caused by disease and operation stress of 129 cases of over 60 years old patients with gallbladder disease was analyzed retrospectively, Psychological leading and nursing for patients with dread and anxiety before operation, and for patients with ache, sleep disorder and inappetence after operation was reviewed. Results All 143 eases of senile patients got through peri operative smoothly after corresponding psychological nursing, Conclusion Nurse-patient communication and psychological nursing plays an irnportant role in promoting the recovery of senile operating patients.
