摘  要:本文以亚临界600MW汽轮机国产化为依托,针对该机组轴系的特点,通过大量的对比计算分析,研究了轴承的性能及轴承结构形式对轴系动特性的影响,确定了轴承方案和轴系结构,完成了亚临界600MW汽轮发电机组的轴系动力学设计和研究。Based on the characteristic of the rotor-bearing system of suberitical 600 MW turbogenerator unit and the requirement of electric power system, through amount of analysis the torsional vibration of rotor-bearing system is regulated in order to avoid hypersynchronous and subsynchronous resonance, and the scheme for bearings is obtained also. The effect of bearing characteristic and geometric configuration on dynamic characteristic of rotor-bearing system is studied to get the adjusted schemes for the torsional vibration of rotor-bearing system and for bearing design. The dynamic design for rotor-bearing system of subcritical 600 MW unit is completed.
