摘　　要：介绍了在东风朝阳柴油机公司的4105Q型柴油机基础上开发研制的4105LPG内燃机,内客包括由柴油机改制成火花点火式LPG内燃机的主要设计过程、4105LPG内燃机的改制特点、技术关键、结构特点,同时对研制的样机进行了台架试验研究,获得了良好的动力性、经济性和排放性能。This paper introduces the exploitation of 4105LPG engine which is based on the 4105Q diesel engine from Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Engine Company,including the main design process related to the conversion from a diesel engine into a spark ignition LPG engine and the reconstructive characteristics of 4105LPG engine, key technology, structural characteristics. At the same time ,The characteristics of this LPG engine were studied experimentally. The high performance in fuel economy and emissions was acquired.
