摘  要:以黄瓜幼苗为材料,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄瓜幼苗内源游离水杨酸含量,研究铅、镉胁迫下黄瓜幼苗内源游离水杨酸的动态水平。结果表明:HPLC法采用290 nm波长检测,有较高的灵敏度,适宜微量样品中水杨酸的检测。铅、镉胁迫下随着质量浓度增加黄瓜幼苗内源水杨酸含量逐渐增加,其POD活性逐渐下降。Using cucumber seedlings as the material, the endogenous dissociate SA in seedlings was measured using HPLC and dynamic changes of endogenous dissociate SA in cucumber seedlings was studied under lead and cadmium stress. The result was indicated the follow: 290nm detection wavelength was used for HPLC, the method had higher sensitivity and was fit for detecting SA contents of minim sample. The contents of endogenous dissociate SA in seedlings was gradually increased and POD activity was descend with the increase concentrations of lead and cadmium.
