摘　　要：基于断层图象的逆向工程是国内外逆向工程研究中的一个热点。总结了其边界跟踪、特征点提取和轮廓识别与匹配等数据分割技术,重点介绍了其中一些典型方法,分析了它们的基本思想和主要特点,并指出了各自的不足和局限性,最后就数据分割技术的发展方向作了一些探讨。Reverse engineering based on layer image is a hot point of research all over the world, This paper summarizes the technology of data segmentation, including edge tracking, extracting the geometrical features, contour recognition and contour matching. Some typical methods are introduced in detail. The main idea and characteristics of them are analyzed. The advantages and limitations of these methods are listed as well. Finally, possible future work is discussed.
