高效液相色谱法测定黄术胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立黄术胶囊中盐酸小檗碱HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS柱(4．6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:0．05 mol／L磷酸二氢钾(含0．2％三乙胺,用磷酸调pH至3．0)(25:75);流速为1．0 ml／min,检测波长为345 nm;柱温:室温。结果该方法线性范围为0．171～1．070μg(r=0．9987),平均回收率为97．97％;RSD为0．64％(n=9)。结论本方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method using HPLC for determination of the content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Huangshu capsules. Methods A Hypersil ODS （4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） column was used, the mobil phase was acetonitrile： 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （contain 0.2% triethlamine, adjust pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid） （25： 75）; the flow-rate was set at 1.0 ml/min, the detection wevelength was 345 nm and column temperature was room temperature. Result The calibration curve was linear （r=0. 9987） in the range of 0. 171-1. 070μg for Bererine Hydrochlorid, the average recovery was 97.97%, RSD was 0.64% （n=9）. Conclusion This method may be accurate, sample sensitive and reliable and it can be use as the quality control of Huangshu capsuies.
