摘  要:目的检测2型糖尿病患者血浆血管性血友病因子裂解酶(vWF-cp)活性,探讨其在糖尿病血管并发症中的意义。方法将74名2型糖尿病患者根据是否合并有血管并发症分为无并发症组(24例)、微血管并发症组(27例)、大血管并发症组(23例)。观察不同组患者血浆vWF-cp活性水平,并与正常对照组(40例)比较。结果2型糖尿病患者血浆vWF-cp活性水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05);合并大血管病变组vWF-cp水平明显低于其他糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论血浆vWF-cp活性水平下降可能是2型糖尿病患者容易形成血栓的另一重要原因。vWF-cp活性异常可能在糖尿病的临床进展和并发症的发生中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the change of plasma von Willebrand factor cleaving protease (vWF-cp) activity level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and to study its clinical significance in diabetes mellitus vascular complications. Methods Forty healthy subjects and 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitns were enrolled in this study. Plasma vWF-cp activity level was measured by residual-collagen binding assay(R-CBA). Diabetes patients were further divided into three subgroups according to vascular complications: the group of 24 patients without complication, 27patients with microangiopathy, and 23 patients with macroangiopathy. Results The plasma vWF-cp activity level was significantly lower in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) than that in the normal controls (P (0.05) ;The plasma vWF-cp activity level in the group of patients with macroangiopathy was significantly lower than that in the other two groups of patients with MD. Conclusion The change of plasma vWF-cp activity level maybe one of the reasons that patients with T2DM are prone to form thrombosis. The vWF-cp plays a important role in procedure of DM vascular complications.
