从《内经》、《难经》探讨五输穴因时而刺的异同

摘　　要：目的:揭示《内经》、《难经》因时而刺的不同选穴规律,为深入理解和临床广泛应用五输穴提供理论依据。方法:以《内经》、《难经》篇章中关于五输穴、因时而刺的观点为基础,分析二者的不同选穴规律。结论:《内经》、《难经》都高度强调自然与人体节律在治病中的重要地位,而前者注重疾病变化的不同表现与季节的关系,后者注重五脏与所属季节,以及与相同五行属性的阴经五输穴的关系。Objective:To reveal the different points selecting laws adapting to the alternation of seasons in the Huangdi's Internal Classic and The Classic on Medical Problems so as uidely thoroughly comprehend,and then use the Five-shu Point widely in clinic.Methods:Based on discussions of indication laws about the Five-shu points and points selecting laws adapting to the alternation of seasons in the Huangdi's Internal Classic and The Classic on Medical Problems in order to analyse why they are dissmilar.Conclusion:Both The Huangdi's Internal Classic and The Classic on Medical Problems highly recognize the importance of the environment and the rhythms of life in treating diseases,and the former emphasizes more on the relationship between the various symptoms and seasons while the latter more on the relationship between the Five-Zang organs and its pertained seasons/the Five-shu Points of the Yin meridian with the same Five-element property.
