摘　　要：采用ＣＰＡ矩阵法，不经分离直接测定了肺宝三效片中四个主要组分：朴热息痛、苯妥英钠、茶碱和咖啡因的含量。它们的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为：９９．９４％，０．６５％；９９．９３％，０．６６％；９９．９３％，０．５７％和９９．８８％，０．６４％（ｎ＝１５）。本法简便、快速、准确。The contents of acetaminophen, phenytion sodium, theophylline and coffeine inFeibao Sanxiao tablets may be without separation immediately determined by the CPA-matrix method. The program was edited by BASIC. The average recoveries and RSD of acetaminophen, phenytion sodium,theophylline and coffeine acre 99. 94%, 0. 65%; 99. 93%,0. 66%;99. 93%, 0.57% and 99.98%, 0.64% (n=15), respectively. This method is simpie, rapid, accurate, and suitable for defermination of multicomponent samples.
