摘 要:以硬脂酸丁酯为相变材料,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,石膏板为载体,通过浸渍法和直接加入法制备相变储能石膏板。通过差示扫描量热仪分析不同相变储能石膏板的相变温度和相变焓,研究和比较了它们与普通石膏板的隔热保温性能、耐久性能和吸水性能。由直接加入法制备的含22%硬脂酸丁酯的相变储能石膏板其储能能力是普通石膏板的10倍,耐久性能优越,吸水性是普通石膏板的1/3,有利于高湿环境的使用。Phase-changing energy-storing gypsum wallboard was produced by directly incorporating butyl stearate with poly vinyl alcohol as dispersing agents or by imbibing those phase- changing materials. Differential scanning calorimeter was applied to analyze phase-changing temperature and enthalpy. Heat insulation and preservation, durability and water absorption of these gypsum wallboard were studied and compared with plain wallboards. The energy storing board by the direct incorporation of 22% butyl stearate has a ten-fold increase in capacity for the storage and discharge of heat when compared with gypsum wallboard alone, and has good durability. The water absorption test demonstrates that this product absorbs less than 1/3 as much water as plain wallboard and is, therefore, a potential candidate for use in humid environment.
