摘　　要：介绍了嵌入式雷达视频服务器的原理、软硬件设计及其实现。在硬件设计上,将高速数字信号处理器应用于雷达视频压缩处理,解决了高速信息交换、实时压缩处理等关键技术问题;在压缩算法上,详细研究了雷达视频信号的特点并设计了专用压缩方法。该系统具有通用化、模块化和可编程能力强的特点,能够满足实时显示和录取的要求。This paper introduces the principles, the design and realization of software and hardware for the embedded radar video server. For the hardware design, the high-speed data signal processor （ DSP） has been applied to the radar video compression processing to solve many critical technical problems such as high-speed information exchange, real-time compression processing and so on. For the compression algorithms, this paper studies the characteristics of the radar video signals in detail and designed special complex compression techniques. The system is universal, modularized and powerfully programmable and can meet the requirements of the real-time display and record.
