摘 要:采用氯化原位接枝技术制备了苯乙烯(St)改性氯化聚氯乙烯(PVCC)。研究了St单体加入量、氯含量对PVCC物理、力学性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,St的加入量为10份左右时,改性PVCC的拉伸屈服强度达到最大值(69MPa),较未改性PVCC约提高17%,但维卡软化点降低;改性PVCC的拉伸屈服强度和维卡软化点均随氯含量的增加而提高;改性PVCC的熔体粘度较未改性PVCC的低,加工温度范围变宽。Styrene(St) modifying chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(PVC-C) was synthesized by in-situ chlorinated graft method. The influences of chloride content and St adding amount on the physical property, mechanical property and rheological performance of PVC-C were investigated. The results showed that the yield strength in tension of modified PVC-C reached the maximum of 69 MPa, which was 117% higher than that of unmodified PVC-C, but the vicar softening temperature decreased when St amount was about 10 parts ; The yield strength in tension and vicar softening temperature were both increased with the increase of chlorinity. The melt viscosity of modified PVC-C was lower than that of unmodified PVC-C, and modified PVC-C had wider processing temperature.
