摘  要:文中介绍了深孔电解珩磨原理,针对长径比LD≥15,材质27S iMn煤矿液压支架缸筒零件内孔,实现电解珩磨。设计了直流电源及电解液供给两套设备,为了保证电解珩磨质量对其主要工艺参数,如电极间隙、电解珩磨压力、珩磨头、磨条特性和电解液的确定进行了理论分析和现场实验研究,取得了很好的效果。本课题在某煤矿机械厂完成,液压支架缸筒深孔进行电解珩磨,表面粗糙度达到Ra0.025μm,精度为IT6,完全满足图纸要求,生产率大大提高,比普通珩磨效率提高20倍以上,而且珩磨头磨条损耗大大降低。The principle of electrolytic honing for deep hole is introduced. Electrolytic deep hole honing for a cylinder(27 SiMn) used in oil field supporter was realized. The supply of direct current and electrolyte equipment were designed. In order to assure the quality of electrolytic honing, main technologic parameters, such as electrode clearance, electrolytic honing pressure, honing head, honing stick and electrolytic liquid, were analyzed and tested. Very good results were achieved. The research and test were done in a factory of mining machinery plant. The honed surface roughness of workpiece is R,0.025 μm, and the precision is IT6. This result satisfies the design requirement. The productivity is improved remarkably. The efficiency is improved 20 times than by common honing method. The wear off of honing head is reduced remarkably.
