摘 要:应用纳米共组装法制备了掺镧锆钛酸铅——二氧化硅复合体面心立方有序阵列。采用过氧化物热分解法制得了粒径在20-40nm范围内分布的PLZT纳米球形颗粒,配制SiO2与PLZT的质量比为10:1的乙醇混合液,其中SiO2浓度v/v0为0.25%,60℃随溶剂蒸发实现了PLZT纳米晶粒与亚微米二氧化硅胶体小球同时自组装成为壳核结构的有序阵列且经650℃焙烧12h后使PLZT壳层致密化。Ordered arrays with a face - centered cubic lattice of PLZT - SiO2 composites were fabricated by synchronous- assembly approach because it's simplicity to form opal -like PCs and that avoids the complicated multi - step procedures. Global PLZT particles in the range of 20nm to 40nm were obtained by decomposition of PLZT peroxide precursor. Ultra fine particles can be simultaneously packed around the colloid spheres to form opal of core - shell structure when the solvent is removed through evaporation at 60℃. Mass ratio of silica to PLZT in the mixture is 10:1 while the concentration of silica is 0.25%. Compact shells of PLZT are obtained after being calcined at 650℃ for 12h.
