微波疣靖安中药联合治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波联合免疫疗法及中药治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及作用机制。方法:采用微波热凝固作用去除疣体,联合重组人干扰素凝胶创面局部外涂加服中药治疗尖锐湿疣40例。并与40例单用微波(对照组)相比较。结果:两组治愈后复发率分别为7.5%、40%,前者明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:微波联合干扰素局部用药及中药内服治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切,明显提高治愈率,有效降低复发率。Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of applied microwave with traditional Chinese medicine and interferon therapy in the treatments of eondylome acuminata （CA）. Methods 40 patients with CA were treated with removal of condyloma by microwave,applied INF-alpha congeal rubber on the wound. 40 patients accepted only Microwave treatment served as control. Results The recurrence rates were 7.5% and 40% respectively in the trial group and control group and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Topical application of Traditional Chinese medicine and INF-alpha Administration combined with microwave were safe and effective in the treatment of eondylomata acuminata and have a lower recurrence rate.
