摘　　要：[目的]控制开远市娱乐场所中高危女性及吸毒人群STD/AIDS的传播和蔓延,探索娱乐场所中高危女性及吸毒人群预防控制STD/AIDS的干预模式。[方法]项目给予资金支持,通过政府协调和各部门参与,由项目办对公安司法部门的干警、性病医生、服务场所老板、女性性工作者(以下简称CSW)、静脉吸毒人员(以下简称IDU)、核心小组成员、同伴教育骨干等进行培训,广泛开展了同伴教育、IEC材料和安全套发放、清洁针具交换等行为干预活动。[结果]目标人群对STD/AIDS知识知晓率、安全套使用率、清洁针具使用率均有大幅度提高,60%以上的CSW、IDU人群能获得优质的性病诊疗、HIV自愿咨询和检测服务。[结论]云南省中英性病艾滋病防治合作项目开远实施效果很好,达到预期目标。Objective： To curb the spreading of STD/AIDS among the drug users and the women with high-risk behavior in entertainment settings, to explore the intervention model for the two groups of population. Methods： Funded by the China-UK Project, with the government coordination and various sectors＇ participation, a series of project activities have been developed among the policemen, STD physicians, the bosses of entertainment settings, the female commercial sex workers （CSWs）, injecting drug users （IDUs） and the key peer educators, and the interventions include training, peer education, distribution of IEC materials and condoms, and needle exchange. Results： The increased rates of STD/AIDS knowledge awareness, usage of condoms and usage of clean needles; access of quality service of STD treatment and HIV VCT among the over 60% CSWs and IDUs. Conclusion： The implementation of the Project in Kaiyuan is effective and achieves the original aim.
