摘　　要：本文研究了在稀硫酸介质中艾司唑仑的荧光性质，提出了酸解荧光分析法测定文司仑的新方法。该法简便、快速，灵敏度高于吸光分析法，可用于片剂中艾司唑仑含量的测定。血清的回收试验也收到良好的结果。Based on the production of a fluorescent product (λex = 292 nm, λem = 456 nm ) of estazolam by acidolysis, a new method for the fluorimetric determination of estazolam was developed. The linear range of the calibration curve is 0.02～2. 00 mg/L. The relative standard deviation and detection limit are 1. 7% and 12. 4 μ g/L, respectively. This method is simple ， rapid and seinsitive. It has been applied to the determination of estazolam in tablets and to the recovery test in serum.
