摘 要:简单介绍了乙烯装置急冷油系统的工艺流程及传统的急冷油减粘方法。通过对急冷油和急冷油系统结垢物组成的分析,探讨了急冷油粘度增长的原因。合成了适用于乙烯装置急冷油系统的新型减粘剂BI-01。考察结果表明,该减粘剂具有较好的减粘效果。This article gives a brief overview of the prime process of quench oil system. Traditional and current methods for reducing quench oil viscosity are also introduced. According to the analysis of components of quench oil and it's fouling, the reasons of viscosity increasing are discussed. A new viscosity inhibitor BI-01 is synthesized for quench oil system. The study of BI-01 shows that the new viscosity inhibitor has good performance.
