摘  要:针对目前沸石型加氢裂化过程采用的催化剂所产柴油凝固点较高,尤其是在深拔柴油或不切尾油来生产宽馏分柴油时的问题,介绍了一种高中压加氢裂化/改质催化剂FC-20,通过高压和中压加氢裂化试验,研究了其加氢裂化特性,发现当以β沸石替代Y沸石做裂解组分使用在高中压加氢裂化催化剂中时,处理重质馏分油可以多产低凝点柴油,对劣质柴油馏分在中压下进行加氢改质具有临氢降凝功能。Now the diesel made by normal catalyst in zeolite hydrogenation cracking process had the problem of high freezing point, especially when wide distillate diesel was produced by deep-cut diesel and tail oil without cutting. This paper introduced a hydrocracking/modification catalyst FC-20 and its hydrogenation cracking characteristic was studied by middle pressure and high pressure experiment. When β zeolite was used as cracking component in catalyst instead of Y zeolite, heavy distillate cut could get more diesel with low freezing point. It also reduces the freezing point in the hydrogenation modification of bad diesel distillate cut at middle pressure.
