摘 要:针对高含硫气田开发的腐蚀问题,开展了现场和室内腐蚀评价研究。研究结果表明,在目前试验井条件下,介质的电化学腐蚀性不强,材料的平均腐蚀速率小于0.1mm/a,腐蚀以局部点蚀为主。室内研究表明,水中Cl-含量对腐蚀影响严重。高含硫气田在生产过程中,可能会产出含Cl-的地层水或出现元素硫沉积的问题,其对腐蚀的影响及防护措施应引起高度重视。Field and laboratory tests were carried out based on the corrosion problems of the sour gas fields. The results showed that the corrosion of the medium in the field was not serious at present, the corrosion rate of the materials were lower than 0.1mm/a, and the corrosion represented as pitting corrosion. The content of the Cl^- in the water had greater effects on the corrosion according to the laboratory tests. High Cl^- content ground water or elemental sulfur maybe appear during the course of production and their influences on the corrosion as well as inhibition methods should be considered.
