南阳油田某净化站结垢原因分析

摘　　要：南阳油田某净化站是一套气体净化、液化气处理装置,生产中发现有结垢现象出现,系统压降较大,影响了设备的正常运转,同时引发了严重的垢下腐蚀。分析结果表明,结垢原因与原料气所含地层水关系不大,结垢主要由酸气腐蚀和细菌腐蚀引起,并提出了相应的防垢建议。Scales was found in a set of installation for gas clarification and LPG treatment in a purifying station of Nanyang Oilfield. The scales caused greater pressure drop and interfered with the operation of the system.Additionally, scales corrosion was taken place. This study indicated that the the scale deposit didn't have much to do with the formation water carried by the gas and it was mainly resulted from acid gas corrosion and bacteria corrosion. The methods of prevention was offered.
