摘　　要：介绍了新型急冷混合器的适用范围及其对混合效果的改善情况、对内构件结构简化的贡献、工业应用实例。新型急冷混合器与常规的急冷混合器相比,在混合性能上有较大程度的提高;由于结构简单,其制造及其在反应器内的安装比较方便;由于具有较好的混合性能,与之配套的其它内构件的结构可以适当简化;新型急冷混合器在两套工业装置的反应器内得到了应用,应用结果表明,下段催化剂床层顶部的最大径向温差均小于1℃。The improvement of mixing performance of a newly developed quench mixer and its commercial applications are described. The simple construction of the mixer makes its fabrication and install easier in reactors, while the good mixing performance makes it possible to simplify the construction of other internals. The new quench mixer has been installed in the reactors of two commercial units, and the maximum radial temperature difference at the too of the next catalyst bed is lass than 1 ℃.
