企业改扩建中的多项目管理模式探讨

摘　　要：介绍了大连石化分公司为适应加工进口含硫原油需要而建设七套大型炼油装置的概况,根据该特大型建设项目的特点和该公司职能型企业的具体情况,提出了以项目组为执行层面、联合项目管理部为决策层面的多项目管理模式,经过一段时间的运行实践,该模式表现出协调控制顺畅、工作效率高、无脱节现象等优点。Dalian Petrochemical Company, seven super-large refinery process units have been constructed for processing imported sulfur crude oil. In the execution of these projects, a multi-project management system with project team as the implementation tier and integrated project management department as the decision-making tier has been established based upon the particularities of large projects and special conditions of the company. The practice in project implementation shows that this system offers the advantages of smooth project control and coordination, high work efficiency and good work flow etc.
