摘  要:以游离蒽醌得率为指标,探讨了超声波强化大黄中蒽醌双相水解工艺的主要因素。在此基础上,用正交实验优化了用超声波法强化大黄中蒽醌双相水解的工艺条件,实验结果表明,影响游离蒽醌得率的主次因素为:提取温度>超声功率>硫酸体积分数>提取时间。最佳工艺条件为:硫酸体积分数为15%,超声波提取时间为60 min, 超声功率为150 W,超声波提取温度为40℃。With the extracting rate of free anthraquinones as index, we discussed the mostly factors that the technology of extraction in combination hydrolysis in situ for isolating free anthraquinones from Rheum by ultrasonic waves. On the basis of the investigation, by using the orthogonal test , the conditions which the technology of extraction in combination hydrolysis in situ for isolating free anthraquinones from Rheum by ultrasonic waves based on were optimized. The result indicated that the most important factors influencing rxtraction efficiency of free anthraquinones from Rheum were as follows : the extracting temperature 〉 the power 〉 the concentration of H2SO4 〉 the extracting time. The best condition wast with the 150 W of power, the extracting time of 60 min and 15% H2SO4 ,the extracting temperature was 40 ℃.
