摘  要:以石嘴山电厂旋流燃烧器为研究对象,分析其存在的在底灰中含有大量未燃尽黑色块状物(约占底灰的10%)这一问题,通过分析石嘴山电厂旋流燃烧器本身结构特点发现在稳燃环处存在台阶结构,在台阶处易造成煤粉热解堆积,这是造成可燃物损失大的原因。因此提出了将原有稳燃环结构改造成稳燃齿结构,从而降低煤粉在稳燃环的台阶处的堆积,加强扰动和输运能力,强化着火和燃烧。依据冷态相似模化的原理搭建气固两相流冷态实验台,利用试验台分别对原有旋流燃烧器模型和3种改进的燃烧器模型进行气相试验。通过对原有旋流燃烧器模型和改进燃烧器模型的一次风气相冷态空气动力场湍动度和时均速度的研究,对3种改造方案及其原有稳燃环进行比较分析,提出了改进的最佳方案。The paper reports on study results on Shizuishan power plant's cyclone burner, by analyzing its existence in base ash containing large quantities of unburned black pieces, probably 10% of base ash. By analyzing power plant's cyclone burner structural characteristic it is discovered that in steady burn ring place thcrc cxist steps structure, so it is easy to cause the heat of coal fines to untie, it causes loss of the inflammable matter. Therefore we have put forward transformation of steady burner to tooth structure, it can reduce coal fines in steady burn and strengthen disturb with transport ability, reinforce fire catching and burn. According to the principle of cold conditions similar, air firm two-phase flow experiment of cold conditions is built, testing the original burner model and 3 kinds of improvement test model. By studying original burner where the one air-cooling form air that flows out burner model and improves burner model power site, we have put forward the best scheme of improvement.
