摘  要:目的探讨血胆碱酯酶(ChE)及血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)在急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)时的变化特点及其临床意义。方法对90例AOPP患者,根据中毒的程度分为轻度中毒组、中度中毒组和重度中毒组,并以30例健康体检者作对照组。采用试纸法和速率法分别检验ChE和CPK活性,并观察患者心脏功能改变。结果与健康对照组比较,AOPP患者血清CPK均有不同程度升高(P均<0101),且与中毒程度呈平行关系。血ChE活性均有不同程度降低,但与中毒程度不相平行。结论AOPP患者血清CPK升高越显著,提示中毒程度越重,其预后不良,对明确诊断有重要意义;血ChE降低对明确诊断有重要意义,但对判断中毒程度仅供参考。Objective To study the changes and clinical significances of serum eholinesterase (ChE) and creatine phosphokinaae ( CPK ) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning (AOPP). Methods Aeem'ding to the poisoning degree, 90 patients were divided into mild degree polkaing group ( n =30) ,moderate degree poisoning group( n =30), and severe degree poisoning group( n =30) ,30 healthy persons were selected as conlrol group. Cardiac functions of the patients were monitored. Results In comparison with healthy control group, the levels of CPK in patients with AOPP were increased to various degree( P〈0. 01 ) and the increased degrees were parallel to poisoning degrees. The activities of ChE were decreased to various degree, but the deereased degrees were not parallel to poisoning degree. Conclsion The more significantly serum CPK levels inarease, the more severe the poisoning degrees of tile patients are, therefore the worse the prognosis of the patients is. It has important significance for diagnosis confirmation and severity judgement. The decrease in ChE activities has important significance only for diagnosis confirmation; when you are giving a judgement on the severity, it is for reference only.
