摘　　要：在现代市场经济条件下，银企一体化是银行与企业共同发展的内在要求，是现代金融制度的显著特征之一。作者从历史分析的角度出发，指出银企一体化发展的客观必然性，并对当前我国银企一体化过程中出现的障碍进行了重声、剖析，进而提出我国银企一体化发展的总体战略、基本措施及基本步骤。Integration is an innate need for the joint development of banks and enterprises as well as one of the distinctive features of the modern finance system under the condition of modern market economy. From the historical analysis point of view,the author in this paper proposes the objective necessity for integration of banks and enterprises,focuses his discussion on the obstacles met in the course of current integration of banks and enterprises and then proceeds to raise the overall integration strategy,basic measures and procedures.
