义乌市城市绿地系统规划布局结构探索——生态优先原则在盆地城市的运用

摘　　要：“义乌盆地”具有弱风性和较易形成接地逆温层两大气候特征,易造成污浊空气在城市中沉积.也不利于外围新鲜空气进入城区。合理的绿地系统布局可以利用热岛效应将城市外围生态绿地的氧气输入城市中心,改善城市空气环境。义乌市城市绿地系统规划的布局结构应为“一圈、二廊、三轴、五楔、八带、十核”,这样的结构具有生态优先和开放性的特点,能产生调节气候、增强静风和逆温天气的污染降解功能。Yiwu Basin has the climate characteristics of weak wind and easily formed ground temperature inversion layer,which will lead to sediment of polluted air, not good for fresh air to come into the urban area.Reasonable greenbelt system layout can make use of the tropical island effect to make the oxygen of the eco-greenbelt in the city periphery come into the downtown to improve the air condition of the city.The layout structure of the city greenbelt system planning should follow the pattern of＂one ring,two corridors,three axes,five wedges,eight belts and ten centers＂.With the ecological priority and openness,it can regulate the climate,intensify calm wind,and degrade pollution in inversion climate.
