摘　　要：总体水平低下,城镇发展滞后、区域内发展极不平衡、固化特征明显,是新疆二元结构的基本特征。本文从社会主义新农村建设的视角,分析新疆城乡二元结构的具体表现,并从对二元结构基本特征的分析中,探求促进新疆社会主义新农村建设的基本对策和制度诉求。The basic characteristic of Xinjiang＇ s ＂urban-rural double structure＂ is low overall level, lagging and unhalanced development and clear original feature. This paper analyzes the specific behave of Xinjiang＇s ＂urban - rural double structure＂ from the angle of the new countrysides＇ commotion and searches after the basic strategies and system appeal of improving Xinjiang＇s countryside construction.
