摘  要:以顺酐为“桥连剂”,通过顺酐与端羟基(PMMA)的酯化反应,合成了大分子表面改性剂聚丁二烯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚物。探索了反应规律,并用IR、NMR、TGA对其结构和热性能进行表征。结果表明:接枝共聚物的热稳定性随着PMMA含量及侧链PMMA长度的增加而下降,接枝共聚物具有良好耐热性和择优表面迁移特性,适合于作为聚丙烯的大分子表面改性剂。A novel macromolecule surface modifier, polybutadiene grafted poly(methyl methylacrylate) was synthesized by esterification of maleated polybutadiene with monohydroxyl-terminated poly(methyl methylacrylate) using maleic anhydride as "cross linking agent". The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The structure and thermal stability of graft copolymers were characterized by IR, NMR and TGA. The results show that the thermal stability of PB-g-PMMA decrease with increasing the content of PMMA and the molecule weight of PMMA. The copolymers were used to blend with polypropylene to modify the surface hydrophilicity of the products. The results of ATR-FTIR and gradient ATR-FTIR indicate that PB-g-PMMA could diffuse preferably onto the surface of the blends and be suitable as a macromolecular surface modifier for PP.
