超微结构特征在尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣鉴别诊断中的意义

摘  要:目的了解尖锐湿疣超微结构特点及在临床诊断中的应用。方法从临床诊断为尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣患者病变部位及正常人体相应部位获取标本,将所取材料分为2份,一份用于常规组织病理学检查,一份用于透射电子显微镜检查,观察尖锐湿疣、假性湿疣的超微结构,并与正常组织比较。结果尖锐湿疣超微结构表现为细胞核增大、细胞器破损、细胞挖空、细胞之间界限变形、桥粒消失及细胞中出现病毒颗粒等;假性湿疣超微结构表现为细胞间隙增宽,桥粒连接增多变长,细胞器无明显变化,细胞核内无病毒颗粒,无空泡状细胞。结论利用超微结构的不同可区分尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣。Objective To understand the ultrastructure of condyloma acuminalum (CA) and its application in clinical diagnosis. Methods Samples each was divided into two were obtained from CA patients, pseudoconloma acuminalum patients and controls, respectively. One piece of samples was used for histopathology study and the other for ultrastructure study, compared with control. Results The cellular nucleus scaled up, organella damage, cells vacuolation, malformation in cellular between, desmosomes disappearance and viral granules were observed in samples of CA. The Ultrastructure of pseudoconloma acuminalum showed cells interspace wide, desmosomes conjunction increased and lengthened, organeUa no changes, no viral granules in cellular nucleus and cells vacuolation. Conclusion We can identify CA from pseudocondyloma of vulvae by means of electron microscopic technique.
