摘  要:目的观察异丙酚复合异氟醚麻醉对麻醉深度的影响.方法选择神经外科行择期手术的脑瘤患者16例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,实施异丙酚复合异氟醚麻醉,监测围手术期血压、心率、脑电双频谱指数(BIS)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)、心率变异性(HRV).结果患者入室清醒时的BIS为80.13,麻醉诱导过后开始下降,波动于41.81~65.63之间,自麻醉诱导至拔管时的BIS均明显低于诱导前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).HRV自诱导到拔管各时间点的测定值均明显低于麻醉前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论异丙酚复合异氟醚麻醉对颅脑手术在血压、心率、BIS、SPO2、HRV监测下可以维持稳定的循环,达到满意的BIS、HRV值,获得良好的全身麻醉深度.Objective To study the influence of depth of anesthesia in patients undergoing brain tumor resection with propofol and isofluran combined anesthesia. Methods Sixteen patients, ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ, undergoing brain tumor resection. The BP,HR,BIS, SPO2 and HRV during operation were observed. Results BIS was 80.13 before Anaesthesia, and decreased after induction changing 41.81 - 65.63. BIS and HRV before induction were significantly lower than those during anesthesia ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Propofol and isofluran combined anesthesia can maintain stable circulatory function,obtain satifactory value of BIS and HRV, get favorable depth of anesthesia.
