碳纤维含量对C_f/ZL109复合材料常温拉伸性能的影响

摘  要:采用液态模锻法制备出单一碳纤维增强ZL109复合材料,并研究碳纤维含量对复合材料常温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维的加入对ZL109的常温抗拉强度是不利的,这主要与纤维与基体的界面、纤维取向等有关;但随着碳纤维体积百分数的增加复合材料的强度略有提高,这说明碳纤维在一定程度上起到了承载作用。The aluminum matrix composites with single carbon fiber were fabricated by squeezing castingand the effect of carbon fiber volume friction on the property of the composites was also studied. The results show that it is unfavorable for the room temperature tensile strength of ZL109 with the addition of carbon fiber, because it mainly depends on the interface between carbon fiber and matrix and the direction of carbon fiber. However, the room temperature tensile strength of C1/ ZL109 composites increase with increase of carbon fiber this showed that carbon fiber could play a role of supporting load on some degree.
