摘 要:本文介绍了直流斩波器电流瞬时值闭环控制的原理,给出了电流瞬时值闭环控制的斩波调建系统的原理框图,对其特性参数进行了分析,在此基础上制成了一个斩波调速系统并通过了实验室运行。结果表明:本系统具有动态反应快、电路参数设计合理,由于斩波器采用了换流能力随负载电流的增大而增强的Jones斩波器电路,故换流十分可靠等特点。本文所介绍的系统将用于国产蓄电池工矿电机车。In this the principle of the current-instantaneous-value close-loop control of a d_1c_1 chopper is introduced,a theoretical alock diagrah is given to the close-loop controlling current-instantaneousvalue chopping speed-regulating systeh,and the characteristic parametere of the system are analysed.Based on the above,a chopping speed- regulating system is researched and developed,a practical operation of the system is carried put in the laboratory,The results show that the dynamic response to the system is rapid,and the design of the circuit parameters reasonable,Since a dones chopper circuit, in which currenttransformation ability is enhanced with the increase of load current,is used in this system,the current-transformation process is very reliable.The system introduced hare will be adopted in Chinese-built factoriesmines-used battery electric locomotives.
