单柱离子色谱法测定鱼血样中的钠钾离子及其在生态毒理学上的应用

摘　　要：鱼血样经灼烧、硝酸溶解、超声浸取、稀释过滤后，单柱离子色谱法测定血液中Ｎａ＋、Ｋ＋离子，加标回收９８％，变异系数＜６％；此外。A new method was developed to determine Na + K + ions in complex matrix. Blood samples were treated by ashing in muffle furnace, dissolving with HNO 3, ultrasonic leaching, filtrating and diluting in measurements. The Mean recovery was 98% and the variation coefficient was <6%. The results show the significant decrease of Na + in fish blood samples after their exposure to lppb fenpropathrin.
