摘　　要：太平天国的官制是太平天国社会结构的制度体现。太平天国后期官制的变化,一方面体现了太平天国后期贵族阶层扩大的趋势,另一方面是天京朝廷与地方诸侯权力斗争的反映。Taiping＇s official system embodied social structure of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. Its transformation during its late period, on the one hand, embodied the trend of enlargement of autocracy clas.s and on the other hand, expressed power struggle between Tianjing Palace and local autocracies.
