摘  要:用具有强蓝光发射的1,3,5-三芳基-2-吡唑啉化合物TPL对非醚聚苯基喹嗯啉(PPQ)进行掺杂,测量掺杂PPQ薄膜的光致发光和电致发光谱,根据掺杂前后PPQ薄膜的荧光谱变化,表明掺杂PPQ薄膜发光存在着基质分子和掺杂分子间的能量传递或电荷转移,掺杂PPQ薄膜的电致发光谱随外加电压变化,说明外加电压对PPQ具有调制作用。Poly-phenylquinoxaline (PPQ) was used as electroluminescent material and polymer thin films electroluminescent devices were fabricated by means of spin coated method. After mixing with 1,3,5-triphenyl-2-pyrazoline (TPL), the change of fluorescence spectra for PPQ thin films after doping and the devices indicate the energy transfer between PPQ and TPL was occurred in photoluminescence and electroluminescence of doping PPQ thin films. While changing applied volts, the changes of electroluminescence for PPQ thin films are attributed to the charge transfer and energy transfer caused by applied volts. This explain is in agreement with experiments satisfactorily.
