摘  要:在工作辊驱动的四辊热轧板带轧机上,当出现后张力J0大于前张力T1的情形时,为使工作辊具有稳定的工作位置,保证轧制质量,工作辊必须满足附加稳定约束条件,张力差必须在规定的调整范围内。The hot rolling mill with four rollers which produces broads and strips is driven by working roller, it is necessary for the working roller to meet the extra steady limited condition and the gap of tensile force or (T0-T1) must be adjusted among the stated scope to assure the working roller to be on the steady working position and finally to assure the quality of products when the rear tensile force To is greater than the front tensile force T1.
