含有二氢吡唑环的新三唑类化合物的设计与合成

摘　　要：设计并合成了１０种含有二氢吡唑环的新三唑类化合物。对新化合物结构进行了确证，讨论了二氢吡唑环的成环方式，所合成的化合物均具有一定的生物活性。Ten new derivatives of new triazole compounds which contain the ring of 2H-pyrazole were designed and synthesized.The structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.The way and mechanism of the reaction ofα,β-unsaturated ketone and phenylhydrazine were also discussed.The results of bioassay indicate that each compounds has some biological activities.
