黔南地区农村居民人体隐孢子虫病调查

摘　　要：目的了解黔南地区农村居民隐孢子虫病的感染情况及其流行特征。方法对黔南少数民族聚居的山区采取整群分层抽样方法,对1739份农村居民人粪和47份动物粪便标本用改良抗酸染色法检查隐孢子虫卵囊。结果黔南地区农村居民隐孢子虫病感染率为2.30%(40/1739),5县(市)在1.01%～5.29%之间,男性感染率2.23%,女性2.39%,0～2岁8.76%(12/137),3～6岁3.76%(7/186),7～12岁1.99%(4/201),13～17岁2.77%(8/289),18岁以上0.97%(9/926)。临床主要表现为腹泻,以水样便居多。动物粪便污染的土壤CSO阳性率为2.13%(1/47)。结论黔南地区农村居民隐孢子虫病的感染以婴幼儿居多,人群感染率及动物感染率均较高,应引起高度重视。Objective To investigate the infective status and epiderniological characteristics of cryptosporidiosis in some southern areas of Guizhou Province. Method The oocysts of Cryptosporidium parvum in the feces samples from 1739 rural residents and 47 animals were stained by modified acid-fast stain. Result The total infective rate of Cryptosporidium parvum was 2.30% （40/1739）. Among these, the positive rates of oocyst in 5 counties ranged from 1.01% to 5.29%. The positive rate of oocyst in males （2.23%） was similar to that in females （2.29%）. The positive rate of oocyst in the feces of the 0～2 year age group, 3～6 year age group, 7～12 year age group, 13～17 year age group and over 18 years group were 8.76%（12/137）, 3.76%（7/186）, 1.99%（4/201）, 2.77%（8/289）and 0.97%（9/926）, respectively. The main manifestation of the patients was watery diarrhea. The positive rate of oocyst in the feces of all animals was 2.13%（1/47）. Conclusion Infants with infection of cryptosporidiosis are frequently observed in some southern areas of Guizhou Province. The infective rates of Cryptosporidium parvum are high in both rural residents and animals.
