摘　　要：目的摸清德国小蠊的侵害及密度,为制定防制对策提供科学依据。方法采用目测法、药激法分别对特殊行业单位60个,一般单位40个,居民住户100户调查侵害情况;用粘蟑盒对受侵害的特殊行业单位6个、一般单位4个,居民住户10户测定密度。结果特殊行业、一般单位、居民住户的侵害率分别为100%、37.50%、17.00%,经统计学分析差异有高度显著性(!2=35,P<0.005)。密度(只/盒·夜)分别为15.09、1.79、1.41。侵害情况及密度以特殊行业最为严重,其次为一般单位和居民住户。侵害率和密度较高的场所为厨房、点心间、食品仓库、熟食间、员工更衣室及首层餐厅等。结论德国小蠊侵害情况和密度不断上升,危害日趋严重。侵害场所由原来的宾馆、酒家、娱乐等特殊行业蔓延至一般单位和居民住户,成为严重的公共卫生问题,是今后蟑螂防制工作策略的新挑战。Objective To evaluate the invasion and density of German cockroach （Blattellla germanica） and provide evidence for the development of the prevention and control measures. Method 60 enterprises from speciallyselected industries, 40 general enterprises and 100 households were selected in this study. The invasion was determined by physical examination and drug-activation. The density of cockroach was determined using the cockroach-sticky boxes. Result The invasion rate for the special-industry enterprises, general enterprises, and household was 100%, 37.5%, and 17%, respectively. The density （number of cockroach/box/night） was 15.09, 1.79 and 1.41 among the special-industry enterprises, general enterprises, and households, respectively. The special-industry enterprises suffered the most serious invasion and had the highest density of cockroach than the general enterprises and households. The places of invasion were kitchens, desert-rooms, food warehouses, cooked-food rooms, employees＇ dressing rooms and the layer restaurants. Conclusion With the increase in invasion and density of the German cockroach, the damages have become increasingly severe. The places invaded spread from special-industry enterprises like guesthouses, restaurants and recreation places to general enterprises and households. This would post a serious public health problem and bringing about a new challenge for the prevention and control of cockroacn.
