高血压病与牙周病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究高血压病与牙周病的发生之间的相关性。方法调查口腔科门诊的牙周病患者的血压数值．调查心血管内科的门诊高血压病病人的口腔卫生情况，主要观察牙周病的发生情况。采用直线相关t检验，方差分析等统计学方法对调查结果进行分析。结果高血压患病与牙周病发生呈直线正相关。讨论：牙周病形成的一个重要原因是口呼吸，高血压病人的一个重要原因是睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。也是口呼吸的一个重要促成因素。结论高血压患者通常睡眠时出现口呼吸而造成牙周病。Objective Study the pertinence relationship between hypertension and periodontal disease, Methods Investigate the data of blood pressure of the patients in outpatient department of dentist which has periodontal disease.lnvestigat the data of periodontal disease index in interal medicln ouepatient department which has hypertension disease ,Analyse the data with statistics method. Results They have straitway pertience relationship between Hypertension and periodontal disease, Discussion：The more important causation conduce periondontal disease is breath with mouth.and the patients with hypertension because sleep apnea Sydrome （SAS） were more contemporary breath with mouth,and espesacially in the night. Conclusion Breath with mouth are the reasons both the of hypertension and periodontal disease.
