热轧混合记录仪国产代换的设计与实现

摘　　要：为了克服LRE3100系列混合记录仪故障率较高和专用零部件在国内难以购买到的缺点,开发设计了一种混合记录仪的国产替代设备,该设备由采集装置、控制装置和计算机控制系统组成,能分别与模拟信号源和数字信号源连接、通信,并通过编制的相应管理软件和配上通用的输出打印设备,实现了对记录仪的替代。设备的投运保证了生产的正常运行,降低了维修费用,取得了一定的经济效益。To eliminate the faults occurred in the procedure of producting, and if the LRE3100 Hybrid recorders are wrong , their parts are hard to buy in our nation, so the substitute of LRE3100 Hybrid recorders is designed. The equipment consists of collection device, disposition device and computer control system. It can connect with analog signals and digital signals and can communicate with them. Through the control software and the printer , this project has realized printing, querying and backuping data, etc. The new system proves valid and practical with the result of application. The economic benefit of enterprise is increased, and the system is worth popularizing.
