摘　　要：根据15CrMoR低合金耐热钢的化学成分及它的碳当量计算值,分析了该材料的焊接裂纹敏感性。采用V型坡口对接试件、A302焊条进行了焊接工艺试验。试验结果表明,采用A302焊条焊接15CrMoR低合金耐热钢,焊后不必进行热处理就能满足JB4708-2000焊接工艺评定的要求,试验证明所采用的焊接工艺可应用到生产实践中。Based on the compositions of 15CrMoR and its carbon equivalent,the welding crack sensibility of the heal-reslstant steel is analyzed.The welding process test has been carried out by means of V type bevel butt web ling with clectrode A302,which shows il can meet the requirements of the standard JB4708-2000 without heal treatment after welding and is applicable for welding production.
