摘　　要：ZG310-570铸钢及45钢含碳量高,焊接性差。针对焊接易出现的的淬硬倾向、热影响区的脆化和焊接冷裂纹问题,提出了解决措施,制订出可行的焊接工艺,在焊接生产中获得了较好的结果。Wehting of dessmilar steel on ZG310-570 east steel and 45 steel was studied in this article,The resnlt shows that dissimilar steel welding performance is poor by carhon eqnivaleat computation.Measures are taken and practical welding proless is adopted according to harden quenching aptiyude and heat affected zone brittle ：rod welding cohl cracking arising during welding.Good resuhs are attained during welding production.
