摘  要:研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)微乳液介质中,镓与三甲氧基苯基荧光酮的荧光光谱行为,在pH4.95的缓冲溶液中,镓含量在0~0.045μg·mL^-1范围内与荧光强度的变化呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.2ng·mL^-1。采用乙酸丁酯进行萃取分离,消除共存离子的干扰,能显著提高方法的选择性和灵敏度。该方法已成功用于矿石样品中痕量镓的测定。In the present paper, the fluorescence spectral behavior of gallium with trimethoxyphenylflurone (TM-PF) in microemulsion was studied. In the buffer medium of HAc-NaAc at pH 4. 95, the fluorescence intensity is in proportion to the concentration of gallium ( Ⅲ ) in the range of 0-0. 045μg·mL^-1. The CTMAB microemulsion was efficiently used to enhance the sensibility and stability of the system, and the limits of detection were 1.2 ng · mL^-1. The coexistent metal ions can be separated and gallium can be enriched by the extraction of butyl acetate, greatly improving the selectivity and sensibility of the system. The method possesses high sensitivity as well as high selectivity. It can be used to determine trace amount of gallium in ore samples successfully.
